铝箔封口检测机是通过红外热像仪对热封后的瓶口进行热像拍摄，并将热像图传入图像处理系统进行分析识别。对热像图的温度分布进行统计学分析，判断工件密封性。不合格品被剔除，合格品则送至下一工序。
